With a trademark smile, in a good mood and with a golden medal in his luggage, Peter Sagan, the fresh road cycling world champion arrived from the USA, where on Sunday he took the victory in a 261km long track of the UCI world championships in Richmond. "I am glad to be home, even though I am still in Austria" joked the Slovak cyclist about the fact that his plane had landed at the international airport in Vienna. However, after passing the border into his homeland, he was swept away by all the enthusiasm his victory has anticipated in Slovakia.
