Monday, October 12 shall be remembered by Slovak football fans as the date when their team defeated Luxemburg 4-2 and finally sealed their qualification for the first European championship as an independent country. Therefore now is the best time to look back on the victorious - but also somewhat crooked - qualification journey of the Slovak squad to EURO 2016, which shall take place in France.
